London, UK & South Dakota, USA – ATMIA has today published a new study entitled “Trends and Practices in ATM Lifecycle Support Management”.

The research was commissioned by ATMIA and conducted by Retail Banking Consulting Group.

“This manual looks closely at outsourcing today and how models for channel ownership and service management are evolving and adapting to today’s economic conditions,” explained Mike Lee, CEO of ATMIA. “It assesses strengths and weaknesses of implementing different models for management of the ATM lifecycle and shows that there are plenty of opportunities for cost-savings.”

The study, free for members, will boost ATMIA’s online Market Intelligence Library.

“Many thanks to Andrew Martin and his team for articulating so clearly the main trends and models deployers can consider in this field,” Lee concluded.
