The House Administration Committee will hold a public hearing June 20 regarding S.B. 228, which restores the State Prescription Drug Assistance Program to provide payment assistance for prescription drugs and Medicare Part D costs to the state's low-income senior and disabled citizens who are otherwise ineligible for prescription drug benefits.
