The Medicaid Agency will accept comments until October 5 regarding proposed amendments to rules related to definitions, eligibility and descriptions of covered services, limitations and exclusions.

The Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety will hold a public hearing October 4 regarding B. 22-445, which removes the prohibition on the operation of needle exchange programs near schools.

The Department of Revenue will accept comments until October 5 regarding proposed amendments to rules concerning forms and corporate, estate and intangible taxes.

The Senate Study Committee on Certificate of Need Reform will meet on October 1 to receive a presentation on the Certificate of Need requirements in the state from Children's Healthcare of Atlanta and an update from the State Hospital Association Certificate of Need Working Group.
