ALABAMA

The Medicaid Agency will accept comments until October 5 regarding proposed amendments to rules related to definitions, eligibility and descriptions of covered services, limitations and exclusions.

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

The Committee on Judiciary and Public Safety will hold a public hearing October 4 regarding B. 22-445, which removes the prohibition on the operation of needle exchange programs near schools.

The Department of Revenue will accept comments until October 5 regarding proposed amendments to rules concerning forms and corporate, estate and intangible taxes.
