Senior Vice President, Sales
 
PULSE EFT Association has operated one of the nation’s leading ATM/debit networks for more than a quarter of a century. The PULSE network serves more than 4,400 banks, credit unions and savings institutions across the country and links cardholders with nearly 260,000 ATMs, as well as point-of-sale (POS) terminals at retail locations nationwide. The company is owned by Discover Financial Services LLC, a business unit of Morgan Stanley.
 
We are seeking an individual with a proven record of senior-level sales management experience to lead a national sales organization. You will be collaborating with the top executive team developing the corporate sales and marketing strategy.  You will play the key role in developing and executing plans to meet or exceed revenue objectives by overseeing regional sales and account management teams and aligning territories to achieve revenue goals.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading account and sales teams to develop specific plans and strategies for meeting or exceeding revenue goals
  • Establishing revenue targets and managing territories for new key accounts, expansion of existing business, and new product add-ons
  • Coaching and managing regional sales management and team members in the selling process and managing the sales deliverable
  • Developing appropriate compensation and incentive plans that align with business objectives

Ideal qualifications are:

  • 10+ years of executive sales / business development related experience to include a minimum of 5+ years managing a sales organization
  • Bachelor's degree with an MBA a plus
  • Professional services, consulting, or industry experience in a technology related field to banking / financial services
  • Track record of transforming sales efforts into best of class
  • Proven ability as a motivating leader ensuring accountability for results
  • Team-oriented, collaborative approach to business  
  • Excellent communications and articulation skills with both internal and external stakeholders

Account Executive for Pre-paid Cards
 
Creative Card Solutions is looking for someone with experience in implementing programs with companies/processors and the sponsoring bank and who has the industry contacts to bring in new business.  Salary is the mid 40’s, insurance supplement, and expenses.  Location is not a problem, all of our account executives work from home.  The company is a 10 year old bank consulting company, that pays for performance.
