Position Openings

FIS/NYCE Networks Programs Manager
 
Key Responsibilites:

a) developing and executing the annual FIS/NYCE Network risk management plan. This plan includes development and administration of FIS/NYCE-required audits, self-assessments and other tools used to evaluate the business risk associated with existing and new entities that are permitted entry into the FIS/NYCE Network. Quarterly executive reviews are currently required.

b) Management of fraud/loss "events" to mitigate FIS/NYCE financial, security or reputational risk, including internal FIS/NYCE notification of FI failures, procedural management to eliminate any settlement risk, client communications and legal coordination and management of any trailing settlement and invoicing to closure.

c) Research and prepare FIS/NYCE executive evaluations/risk recommendations for new and existing clients.

d) Recommend relevant FIS/NYCE Network Operating Rules amendments with respect to risk management and administration.

e) Serve as the FIS/NYCE Network's client relationship manager for the audit contacts, with respect to successful completion and/or remediation of FIS/NYCE-required audit or self-assessment vehicles. Involves self-processed financial institutions, sponsors and all FIS/NYCE Network third party processors. The current position also serves as moderator for FIS/NYCE's Risk Management Forums.

f) Identify and participate in cross FIS-business unit collaborative initiatives with respect to Network Solutions risk management, including FIS/NYCE as sponsor into MasterCard programs.

g) Create programs, procedures and risk evaluation tools to demonstrate marketplace leadership, thoughtful risk management and a client-smart approach, with the overall objective of keeping the FIS/NYCE brand and its reputation high from a consumer and business partner security standpoint.

Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years experience in EFT payments network,
Demonstrated experience in standards vehicles (TG-3, PCI DSS) and security methodology.
Audit tool administration desired. Excellent communications (written and verbal),
Strong organization and project coordination skills
Excellent time management skills

Location: Position is not geographically dependent and Secaucus, NJ preferred
