Thank you for participating in the upcoming ATMIA Conference & Tradeshow. Your participation is greatly appreciated.

The information and links will assist you with

  1. Booth/product shipping
  2. Booth items electrical, internet, furniture,etc.
  3. Exhibitor set-up/teardown dates/times
  4. Hotel contact information
  5. Registering your attendees for the event
  6. Various other items you will need to know and submit for the event.

Please make sure to read all manuals and forms carefully and completely. They contain important information relating directly to exhibit procedures. You will obtain prompt and efficient attention to your exhibit needs if you follow the procedures before the event. It is important to us that you have a successful show.

To make your participation in the ATMIA Conference as smooth as possible, we urge you to:

  1. Return all forms as early as possible
  • Keep duplicate copies of forms for your records and bring them to the show
  • Confirm that the appropriate person(s) received your forms
  • Avoid on-site orders

1) Exhibit Services: The Grace Hotel

Your contact at the hotel regarding exhibit information is Boonyiam Surinpaeng (+61 2 92726643), Conference and Events Executive at The Grace Hotel. Exhibitor move in is 2:00pm on the 6 December.   

A single booth comes with 1 trestle table (182 x 91) with table cloth and 2 chairs. All other items such as internet, additional furniture, electricity, etc are your responsibility.  You can contact Lauren Heeney directly for these items.

If you need a hydrolic jack or other equipment to assist with your equipment move-in, please contact one of the following companies for assistance.  All expenses are the exhibitors responsibility.

2) A/V & Electrical
Encore Technologies will be your contact for internet, and other A/V you will need for your booth.  Please contact +61 420 612 029 or +61 2 9272 6684 Raquel Rodrigues with your needs.

3) Shipping items to hotel (VERY IMPORTANT)

a) Deliveries of Equipment – if you are delivering your ATM or other large equipment, please delivery these items through the loading dock on 124 Clarence Street (before King Street).  Entry via Plaza Parking.

  • If you will be shipping items to the hotel for your booth, they CAN NOT arrive any earlier than the move-in date of 6 December.  The hotel does not have adequate storage for any shipments and will decline them.  
  • If your shipments require the use of equipment to load and unload into the exhibit area, please conatact the hotel directly for the name of a company that can assist you.
  • Use this label for shipping items to the hotel.  Please note that the hotel staff will not assist with carrying or accept responsiblity for loading or unloading exhbitor items. 

b) Ceiling Height on the exhibition floor are 2.2 metre

c) Service Elevator is approximately 4.7ft x 3.85ft.

d) Weight Restriction - approximately 900+kg.

4) Host Hotel: The Grace Hotel 

The host hotel if the Grace Hotel in Sydney.  This is where the event will be held and we have a block of rooms available for delegates.  To make reservations, please click on the "hotel" link in the above menu bar.

5) Downloadable ATMIA Exhibitor Manual & Online Forms

The document below contains information regarding booth and/or sponsorship benefits. Please download the document for exhibitor details on important dates and deadlines, a checkline and other important informaiton. To register your employees and provide your company descriptions, please follow the links below.

 ATMIA Downloadable Exhibitor Kit - this kit will give you details on set-up dates/times, teardown, insurance requirements, etc.  It also contains the forms that are listed below.

Exhibitor set-up is currently scheduled for 6 December beginning at 2:00pm.  If the time changes, you will be notified.  If you have any questions regarding ceiling height, freight elevators, etc, please contact Boonyiam Surinpaeng (+61 2 92726643) with the hotel directly.

ATMIA Event Online Forms:

  • A  Exhibitor/Sponsor Complimentary Pass Registration Form: (Due: 16 November)
    To register your staff for your complimentary passes for the event and to purchase additional passes, please click on this link. You will need your confirmation number which was on your receipt when you made a payment for your booth or sponsorship.  If you do not know it or can't find it, please contact [email protected] 
  • B  Exhibitor/Sponsor Company Description Form: (Due: 1 November)
    Click on this link to complete the company description form needed from all exhibitors and sponsors for the attendee information web page.  This information will appear on the event app as soon as you complete the form. 
  • C  Ad Reservation Form:
    If your company is interested in placing an advertisement in the Program of Events, please click here. The Ad Reservation Form is due 2 November. Ads are due 9 November.
  • D  Attendee Bag Insert Shipping Information/Form: (Due  2 December to address provided)
    All Conference Sponsors and those companies who have purchased the bag insert marketing opportunity may put a company branded marketing item into the attendee packet given to everyone at the event.   •  Meeting Room Reservation Form:
