With close to 19 years’ experience, across the IT and payments industry, she has worked with numerous financial institutions to establish their end to end channel expansion, managed services and outsourcing strategies. Prior to OKI, she held a number of senior management positions at Diebold and Computer Associates.
Jayant D'Mello, Director for Sales & Marketing, Hitachi Payment Services
Jayant D'Mello is the Director for Sales & Marketing at Hitachi Payment Services. Before joining Hitachi Payment Services, Jayant was the Chief Executive Officer of Euronet India and the VP of Business Development for Euronet Asia Pacific. Prior to his stint as CEO Euronet India, he was based in Singapore and was responsible for Business Development for Euronet Asia Pacific and was managing the Global relationship for Standard Chartered Bank.
Prior to Euronet, Jayant was Co-founder of a telecommunications start-up for 5 years and prior to that was the Area Solution Team Leader for ATMs in NCR South East Asia. A B.Sc Tech (University of Bombay), prior to NCR, Jayant spent time with ICICI, Standard Chartered Bank and Citicorp Information Technology Industries Limited (CITIL).
Andrew Dean, Executive Director: India, ATMIA
Andrew serves as the Executive Director for ATMIA (Africa, India and Middle East). He is also the founder and Managing Director of Calleo - a specialist research and advisory firm in the multi-channel payments and banking industries in sub-Saharan Africa.
Andrew is also co-founder of PaymentsAfrika.com, a news sharing site for retail banking and payments stakeholders in Africa.
Andrew has an Honours degree in Organisation Development (Cum Laude) from UNISA (University of South Africa).
Prior to founding Calleo, Andrew was Director at a management consulting and research firm that served the retail, banking and manufacturing sectors.
A Lyle Elias, CEO, PAYe Network
A. Lyle Elias is the CEO of PAYe Network. Lyle began his career in the ATM industry during the early years of off-premises ATM deployment. Lyle has deep knowledge and extensive experience in all aspects of the ATM industry including manufacturing, deployment, management, and software development. Lyle is a co-founder of the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA) and served as its first president. Lyle is the Chairman of the IPayments Forum.
A. P. Hota, Managing Director & CEO, National Payments Corporation of India
Mr Hota has led NPCI, which provides central infrastructure for retail payment systems, since 2010, having previously been a career central banker. He specialises in the design and implementation of systems such as EFT, ACH, Cheque Truncation and RTGS and under his leadership, NPCI launched ‘RuPay’, India’s own card scheme. He is a member of various committees of the government of India and Reserve Bank of India.
Srinivasa Katuri, MD & CEO, Transaction Analysts India Pvt Ltd
Having amassed over two decades of experience in the US payment systems industry, Srinivasa founded the Indian-based Transaction Analysts, a specialised EFT and transaction optimisation services company, in 2010. He has previously worked for a large financial software corporation, banking institutions and retailers in US, including managing a $1.8 billion payment processing system for one such retailer. Srini is also an Adjunct Faculty of IDRBT.

Dr Aravinda Korala, CEO, KAL ATM Software
Aravinda founded KAL in 1989. In 1997 Aravinda started the drive to turn KAL into a product company with the full release of Kalignite in 1999. Aravinda is recognised for his in-depth knowledge of ATM software throughout the industry and has led KAL in the consistent delivery of world class software to major blue-chip customers across the world.
