Please make sure to read all manuals and forms carefully and completely. They contain important information relating directly to exhibit procedures. You will obtain prompt and efficient attention to your exhibit needs if you follow the procedures before the event. It is important to us that you have a successful show.

To make your participation in the ATMIA Conference as smooth as possible, we urge you to:

  1. Return all forms as early as possible
  • Keep duplicate copies of forms for your records and bring them to the show
  • Confirm that the appropriate person(s) received your forms
  • Avoid on-site orders
  • Contact for any questions.


1) Hotel:  The Tower Hotel

The Tower Hotel is the host hotel for the event. The contact is Milou Jannink, Meetings & Events Sales Team Leader 0207 423 8898.

A single booth (3x3m) comes with
- 1 Plug Point per 9m
- 1 table/2 chairs

All other items such furniture, signage, other booth items are your responsibility. You can contact the hotel directly with questions. If you require rental of A/V equipment, please see section below.

Set up - Monday 18th September:  The hotel will be ready for set up on Monday starting at 12pm.

Deliveries & Collection:  As storage space is at a premium, please do not deliver items more than 48 hours prior to your event and collect them no later than 48 hours after your event. Any items left longer at the Tower Hotel may be disposed. All items stored are at your own risk and any items not labeled with a return address will be disposed of. The Tower hotel will not be responsible for any items sent by post or courier that get lost or damaged or for any items left at the Tower Hotel after the event has taken place. Please label your stand number on the front of the package.

Large items can also be delivered to our loading bay at the back of the hotel. (There is signage when you arrive near the hotel) Our doormen are here to assist if needed.

From the loading bay there is a service lift. The lift arrives just behind our Tower Suite.

Please note that the hotel staff will not carry any large/heavy parcels due to health & safety reasons. The delivery to the Tower Suite (1st floor) must be arranged by yourself.  The loading bay can be accessed 24 hours a day, please advise your event planner on the estimate delivery time.
