Call for Speakers

Submit your speaking proposal for an opportunity
to present at ATMIA US 2025

ATMIA is looking for a line-up of innovative, inspiring and informational presenters for the 2025 event.

The theme of next year’s conference is “A New Era of AI => ATM Intelligence”.  This educational program sets the standard every year by providing relevant insight and knowledge surrounding the state of the ATM industry, where it is headed, and why. And our speakers will explore that theme from every conceivable angle.

What are we looking for:  Case studies of real-world success, visionary perspectives and innovative approaches, hands-on guidance on how to achieve specific objectives or goals, the latest information on security.  What we are NOT looking for: sales pitches or product demos, company credital presentations.

Opportunties are available for several different types of sessions:

Breakout sessions Share your thoughts on future funtionality at every ATM, the impact of AI on the consumer experience, the value of universal cash deposits, the impact of cryptocurrency, security challenges posed by new technology, advances in cash forecasting, and other key aspects of your particular expertise. Breakout sessions are assigned to one of three distinct program tracks – Financial Institutions, ISOs and IADs, and the ATM Industry at large.

General sessions with topics that are of interest to a broad segment of our attendees.

Preconference Workshops Participation in a pre-conference workshop offers a focused deep-dive on selected topics, which vary each year. Attendees must register in advance for these longer (up to 3 hours) sessions, which are often filled to capacity. Tentative topics for 2025 include AI in the ATM channel, A-a-a-S (ATM as a Service), ATM security, and ???? (your idea for a workshop). Subject matter experts for those topics and others are encouraged to note their interest in speaking at a workshop and identify the specific aspect of the topic they would address.

All confirmed speakers will receive a complimentary full registration to the 2025 conference.  In addition, speakers and their organizations benefit from significant exposure at the three-day event, in conference materials, and event marketing.

Sessions will be allotted 30 - 40 minutes of time, depending on how they are scheduled. All proposals will be reviewed by our Speaker Committee, which will work with ATMIA staff to select the most interesting and appropriate content for the conference.

Please respond to this “Call for Speakers” by completing the proposal form below no later than July 31, 2024.

Please note: ATMIA greatly appreciates speakers donating their time and knowledge; however, we cannot reimburse or pay for a speaker’s travel or accommodations.  All speakers will receive a complimentary pass to the conference. Those companies within the industry that would like a speaking slot will be required to be a member of ATMIA and support the conference by exhibiting and/or sponsoring. Taking a sponsorship or exhibit booth does not guarantee speaking slot.
