ATM Emerging Leaders Group

Mission: to create a vibrant, welcoming professional community for the Emerging Leaders of the ATM industry by connecting, engaging, and developing our members through the following:

• Connect: With a vibrant network of professionals, who identify as newer to the ATM industry, from diverse sectors within the ATM industry. Forge connections that transcend the conference, creating lasting relationships that will fuel your career.
• Engage: The ATM Emerging Leaders Group will hold discussions designed to provide a platform for emerging leaders to showcase their expertise, learn from peers, and stay abreast of the latest developments in the field.
• Develop:  Whether you're from a financial institution, an Independent ATM Operator, or specialize in ATM security, processing, manufacturing, or other areas of the ATM industry this community is meant to help you gain access to resources, mentorship opportunities, and exclusive sessions designed to enhance your skills and propel your success.

Format: An open discussion forum will be organized, which will focus on various topics aimed at those who are new to the ATM industry. The forum will feature a variety of mentors who will be asked to share their viewpoints on the specified topic.

Calls will be held via Microsoft Teams. Speakers will be asked to have their camera on to help facilitate connection and engagement from the attendees.

Calls will be held every other month. In-person meetings and networking will be held at ATMIA conferences. Special local meet-ups can be held if the cost is covered by a company sponsor.

Calls will be led by Mentor chair: John Campbell, FCTI and the Peer Mentor chairs: Dax Matthews, eGlobal, Tory Rahman, Morphis, and Wlliam Senft, ATM Works Inc.
