Sponsorship & Marketing Opportunities
It is important to evaluate each opportunity and look for ways ATMIA can tie into your marketing objectives. ATMIA offers several different types of Sponsorship and marketing opportunities. Please choose the one that fits you best and review the benefits associated with each.
- Annual Sponsorship
Annual sponsorships can provide your company with incredible opportunities to market your brand each time ATMIA sends an email, hosts an event, or when someone visits the ATMIA web site. You can also reach new customers, improve public perception and increase sales. Through an annual sponsorship, you can provide viewers with a unique experience that fosters trust and credibility. - Regional Newsletters
These monthly newsletters are sent out to all ATMIA members. The electronic publications provide news on what is happening in the industry and gives updates on projects and issues that ATMIA is currently working on.
- Webinars
Does your company have an educational experience or case study that you think the industry should hear about? Host a webinar! It is easy and beneficial to your company and the participants.
- Pro-Cash Newsletter
A monthly newsletter geared towards sharing positive cash news reaching more than 13,000 ATM industry readers per month. Cash globally remains the most widely used and popular form of payment today. ATMIA’s goal is to communicate as an industry the many benefits of cash while combating the negative press cash has received over the last few years to ensure consumers have cash as a payment choice for years to come. - Washington, DC Fly-in Sponsorship
A sponsorship of the annual Washington, DC Fly-in is a great opportunity to give your organization some additional visibility for a great cause – a day of meetings with the legislators and staff that influence legislation of great interest to our industry. Although the Fly-in itself does not take place until late March or early April, promotion of the event begins months in advance. The event sponsor is mentioned even in the earliest promotion of the Fly-in. The sponsor’s linked logo is included in all related communications that can accommodate a linked logo, including the U.S. Newsletter. Following the event, ATMIA publishes a report on the DC meetings, which again includes recognition of the sponsor.
The sponsor is not required to participate in the Fly-in, but is encouraged to do so. Any ATMIA member is welcome to participate in the Fly-in. The Fly-in agenda includes a meeting of the participants the evening before our appointments. The group focuses on the House and Senate for a half-day each, separately. The earlier our sponsor commits, the greater the value of the sponsorship. To learn more and become the next Fly-in Sponsor, contact David Tente or Lonnie Talbert.
- One Day Event
This is an opportunity for a company to sponsor a single day event in a region/city of their choice. The sponsor company will get to put together the agenda, invite the speakers, attendees, be the sole sponsor of the day. ATMIA will source the venue, do the marketing in conjunction with the sponsor, handle the logistics, A/V, food/beverage, registrations, on-site duties and overall manage the event. The costs for the event are the responsibility of the sponsor company. They can also approve the number of attendees. They can pay for all, some or none of the attendees. ATMIA has hosted these successful one-day events in Europe, Africa and Mexico. It is a great way for a company to introduce their products and services to a new group or clients, thank existing clients or just get their name out in the region. Please let ATMIA know if you are interested in this opportunity.
- Stateside Association Monitoring
State Legislative Monitoring provides ATMIA US members with information on bill introductions, amendments, floor proceedings, interim committees and other legislative actions. The product of our monitoring process is a substantive legislative report with political outlook that includes intelligence about – and support for and opposition to – the legislative proposals we monitor for ATMIA, the players and leaders involved in the process and an assessment of the proposal’s prospects for consideration or final passage. Regulation ALERT℠ includes summaries of rulemakings relevant to ATMIA as they are published in a state register or equivalent publication. Each entry is searchable by selecting the relevant state, issue, status or any combination of the three and clicking “View Report” near the bottom of the screen.” Approximately 250-400 ATMIA members are currently receiving the alerts. The number of alerts ranges from 200–300 per year. This sponsorship would receive 75,000 to 100,000 impressions per year. The Stateside sponsorship would be available for 2025 and the Sponsor Company logo and link would go out on all alerts.
