Panel Discussion

This session was successfully chaired by Mangala Martinus- MD- Payment Consulting Network
A panel discussion comprising four industry experts discussing the future of ATMs and abroad. This session included an insight into the need for industry collaboration and the challenges in making large infrastructure changes to keep up with technology and customer preferences.

The key message we all took from this conference is that cash remains a critical payment method that will not be going away.

Cash will continue to play a foundational role in our payment system, and while new trends and technologies may come and go, cash has the security and reliability to continue to provide millions of Australians the option to remain their preferred payment method.

As mentioned last week at the conference, it’s your support that helps ATMIA hold global industry events.... and for that, we say thank you.

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you all the best over the festive season.

Here's to a happy, healthy, and successful 2023 for all of you.
