BMO Harris Bank received a score of 100 on the Disability Equality Index (DEI)and was named among the Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion. This is the fourth consecutive year that the bank has been named one of the Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion.

The 2019 DEI measured inclusion criteria that included: Culture & Leadership; Enterprise-Wide Access; Employment Practices (Benefits, Recruitment, Employment, Education, Retention & Advancement, Accommodations); Community Engagement & Support Services; and Supplier Diversity.
