Cogni, a digital banking platform, recently earned $23 million in a funding round. It aims to use this funding to deliver innovative digital banking products to consumers, according to a press release.
Cogni aims to deliver services such as cryptocurrency, gaming and the metaverse with traditional banking services. Currently, it offers discounted digital gift cards and tracking carbon emissions from transactions. In the coming months, it will deliver a Multichain wallet and a high-yield savings account.
"Cogni is bridging the gap between Web2 and Web3 services by building a fully compliant, digital banking experience for mainstream user adoption. Cogni has built an incredibly impressive team and we are excited to support them as they execute on this vision," Matthew Beck, partner at Solana Ventures, an investor, said in the release.
