CR2 has been named the Best ATM/Self-Service Experience vendor at this year’s Bank Customer Experience (BCX) Summit Awards. This award recognizes the most unique, innovative, and pioneering technology providers that deliver significant impact on customer experience.
CR2 won the award for its Cardless ATM access feature which enables quicker and safer ATM experiences, as customers no longer need to touch the machines.
The award was presented during the BCX summit on August 31 at (The Westin Chicago River North, Chicago)

With COVID-19, many customers are less willing to touch a physical screen.
