Different “Professionals” Serve GCB Customers

Staff of GCB Bank on Tuesday identified with their customers when they adorned various professional attires as part of activities to mark this year’s Customer Service Week.

The professional wear is a departure from the usual suits and ties associated with banking.

The staff dressed as soldiers, football administrators and coaches, footballers, medical doctors, nurses, police, immigration and fire service officers, farmers, traders, engineers, Sheikhs, musicians, reverend ministers and fashion designers among others.

On Monday, customers to the branches of the Bank across the country were surprised to find their bankers dressed in blue jeans and white shirts/blouse and polo shirts as against the usual black suits with GCB branded ties and scarves.

The Managing Director of the Bank, Mr Anselm Ray Sowah, urged the staff of the Bank to work hard to delight customers of the Bank.

The global annual Customer Service Week which started on Monday 1st October with the theme; Excellence Happens Here’ ends on Friday, 5th October, 2018.
