Emerging from the COVID-19 crisis, how to help keep account holders safe

As our economy reopens and we emerge from the COVID-19 crisis, fraudsters are still out there attempting to victimize vulnerable people. Everyone should be wary of swindlers trying to steal COVID-19 Economic Impact Payment debit cards, requesting donations to bogus organizations, and lastly, tricking people into turning over their personal, sensitive information (a favorite among crooks).

Remind your cardholders not let their guard down as things return to a more normal setting. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) offers this information on how to avoid coronavirus scams:
