ESQ Announces New Principal Solutions Architect

Cupertino, CALIF. (August 2, 2022) – ESQ Business Services, Inc. continues to expand its customer solutions team with the appointment of Johannes van Niekerk, Principal Solutions Architect. 

Johannes is an industry veteran with a proven track record of strategic leadership and successful international project deliveries. The strong industry reputation he has built over the past 15 years positions Johannes to bring a wealth of self-service channel and product development expertise to ESQ. As a Principal Solutions Architect, he will be an advocate for both ESQ and its SaaS offering, Cloudexa, applying his vast industry knowledge and entrepreneurial mindset to further advance customer solutions well beyond the current solutions generally deployed in the industry today.  

Johannes spent 12 years at NCR where he held various leadership positions including Senior Engineering Manager, Solutions Architect, and Pre-sales Engineering Manager. “I had the opportunity to transition from the development side of the business to the sales side, giving me the knowledge to help customers implement their vision and help them understand their business needs on all levels, especially cloud, microservices and IoT, assisting sales to add the ‘WOW’ factor to the conversation with executives.” explained Johannes.

In his new role with ESQ, Johannes will utilize both his customer success experiences and his technical expertise to impact the ESQ and Cloudexa solutions from both a product design and customer solution perspective.
