The news reflects ESQ’s consistent growth throughout 2021, capping off a year that saw numerous experienced leaders added to several global office locations.
Mr. Arora joins ESQ with over 20 years of experience building, managing, and supporting enterprise software products and applications. In his previous positions, Manish gained valuable expertise spanning various business areas including product development, program management, relationship management, and business development. His approach to technology leadership combines developing innovative solutions with streamlined processes while also placing a clear focus on building high-performing teams.
No stranger to ESQ, Manish was formerly the Head of Product Engineering for five years from 2013 to 2018. However, during his time away, Manish kept a pulse on the innovative initiatives that were being pursued at ESQ which presented a key motivator to return to the company. “We are incredibly pleased that Manish has decided to rejoin us,” said Paul Sandhu, Chief Executive Officer at ESQ. “He is the ideal candidate to lead our company in the EMEA region and I look forward to the wealth of knowledge he will bring to our entire organization moving forward.”
