View ShowroomWith the new ATM Monitoring System, Everlink will be equipped to
offer improved client support levels and faster client service response times!
Everlink’s new ATM Monitoring System features an advanced monitoring engine for capturing ATM status
events and creating incident tickets. Real‐time notifications of ATM faults will be delivered to clients via
intuitive email alerts. Through a modern online portal, clients will also have access to summary dashboard,
map view of ATM status, event alert list and chessboard style device status displays, all updated in real-time.
“ATMs today provide a wide range of services and remain a vital touchpoint between financial institutions
and their customers.” says Ruby Choy, Everlink’s General Manager ATM Managed Services and Payments
Network Gateway. “We recognize that high ATM availability is fundamental to our clients’ members and
customer experience. Everlink is committed to ensuring client ATMs are monitored with a cutting‐edge
ATM Monitoring System.”
In addition to the monthly summary reports that are available for download from Infomanager/WebFTS,
on‐demand reporting can be generated by clients via the new online portal for further analysis of the
availability and performance of their ATM fleet.
The pilot program for introducing clients to the new system is set to begin in November 2019 with balance
of migration to continue in 2020. For additional information on the New ATM Monitoring System please
