FIS Wins Awards for Sales, Customer Service and Business Process Outsourcing

JACKSONVILLE, Fla., and MUMBAI, March 9, 2018 – FIS (NYSE: FIS), a global leader in financial services technology, announced today that it has recently won more than 20 awards worldwide for the quality of its sales, customer service and business process outsourcing services.

FIS won 15 Stevie Awards in the 2018 American Business Awards for Sales & Customer Service, including a Grand Stevie Award, and three Gold Stevies within its payments businesses:

  • Back-Office Customer Service Training Team of the Year
  • Customer Service Manager of the Year
  • Sales Operations Professional of the Year

FIS also won eight Silver Stevies and three Bronze Stevies for technology, customer service, sales training and sales support.

At the Asia Outsourcing Leadership Awards, FIS received top honors in all six categories in which it participated:

  • Excellence in Improvement and Innovation
  • Operational Excellence & Quality
  • Best HR Practices in Outsourcing
  • Excellence in Value Creation
  • Best IT Enablement in BPO
  • Use of Technology for Operational Excellence
