GRGBanking Innovates Vietnam Market with AI

Vietnam, the "Silicon Valley of Southeast Asia", plays an important strategic role in the development of globalization. From November 21st to 22nd, Andy Huang, the president of GRGBanking, conducted an exchange tour in Vietnam. Significant strategic cooperation agreements with Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (TPBank), one of the top ten retail banks in Vietnam, and FPT Information System (FPT IS), the largest system integrator in Vietnam, were signed to accelerate the industrial upgrading. In the future, with AI innovation, GRGBanking will promote the intelligent development of finance, transportation and other industries in Vietnam.

Set digital transformation standard of Vietnam's banking industry

The innovation and transformation of global banking industry is irreversible. The delegation had intensive discussions with TPBank, one of the most innovative banks in Vietnam. Eversince 2016, TPBank and GRGBanking had been exploring the application of branch transformation and artificial intelligence. So far GRGBanking helped TPBank build around 160 digital unmanned branches, Live Bank. With the innovative Video Teller Machine, TPBank successfully accomplished rapid branch network expansion as well as attracted numerous new customers. The Live bank can provide 24-hour financial services and cover 95% of branch counter transactions. Up till now, the Live bank project already supported cardless withdrawal with fingerprint, and face recognition will be supported in the coming future.  According to TPBank, the VTMs greatly improve the teller efficiency and customer experience, they manage to expand business rapidly without hiring lots of additional staff.

Deepen globalization strategy & empower local Vietnam industries upgrading with AI 

GRGBanking has also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with FPT IS and participated in FPT's Tech Day Event. FPT IS is the largest system integrators in Vietnam, it demonstrated its achievements in intelligent finance, intelligent education, intelligent transportation, intelligent medical treatment, and intelligent enterprise in the event, proposing profound cooperation opportunities. At the signing ceremony, Andy Huang expressed the expectation of the synergy between two leading AI companies.  "GRGBanking has accumulated practical experience of artificial intelligence, big data, Internet of things and other cutting-edge technologies and has successfully launched many 'AI +' industrial upgrading solutions. FPT is an important partner. In the future, we will maintain a long-term cooperation with FPT and create a better life for the Vietnamese people together. "
