Jax Federal Credit Union selects Scienaptic AI for credit decisioning, member experience

Jax Federal Credit Union, based in Northeast Florida, has selected Scienaptic AI to deliver its AI-powered platform to improve its credit decisioning and member experience. With this platform, Jax aims to make faster credit decisions while reducing risk and improving its reach to customers, according to a press release.

"We are excited to be working with JAXFCU to help bolster the credit and financing options for its members," Pankaj Jain, president, Scienaptic, said in the release. "Scienaptic's unique, adaptive AI technology will enable the credit union to say 'yes' to more members, more often, increasing loan approvals without increasing risk, while enhancing the member experience."
