"The Cash Management.iQ software solution has been helping banks and other institutions of the financial sector for over 15 years to organize cash management at cashpoints and reduce their expenses for raising cash for ATMs and cash collection. We did not change the logic of the processes, the purpose of the re-platform was to make the use of our solution even more convenient both due to the updated interface and the new capabilities of the system," says Kirill Ovsiannikov, Deputy CEO for Strategic Directions at BS/2.
What Has Changed in Cash Management.iQ?
Updated and More User-Friendly Interface
Thanks to the use of React technology, we have been able to improve the ergonomic performance of user interfaces. Now the system operator needs less time to manage the processes of cash circulation than before. In addition, the user interface of the solution can now be modified or adapted to suit the business requirements of a particular institution to ensure an optimal workflow for the system operator, even in the face of increasing workload.
New opportunities for cash flow analysis
We have expanded the capabilities of the analytical module of the solution, which is responsible for generating reports on the balance of cash in self-service devices. Also, we added the ability to create new reports necessary for the banking business.
Simplified CIT collection control
We have also expanded the capabilities of the system to control material and technical staff used during CIT collection to make the organization of the delivery of cash and valuables easier, more convenient, and more transparent.
