Retail-FCL attains PCI DSS Compliance.
(London, 9th June 2021).
Retail-FCL announced today that it has achieved the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification, the most comprehensive worldwide payment-card security standard within the industry. This certification confirms the high security standard achieved by Retail-FCL’s Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and reinforces their ability to deliver robust secure solutions.
This worldwide data security standard aims to reduce data breaches and limit fraud as well as protect sensitive information.
“Data security and client protection are highly important to Retail-FCL and we see the PCI DSS Compliance as the highest standard of excellence.” Said Andrew Martin, CEO of Retail-FCL. “In ensuring our organisation offers safe and secure solutions protecting against fraud and data breaches we will continue to give our clients the highest quality of security.”
PCI DSS’s aim is to limit data breaches by ensuring a set of requirements are in place to store, process and accept cardholder data. To gain PCI DSS certification, Retail-FCL had to undergo a thorough review from an impartial organisation authorised by the PCI. Retail-FCL will now comply with PCI DSS requirements in its daily operations to ensure maximum data security.
