MONTREAL, March 26, 2019 /CNW/ - Scotiabank today announced key appointments to its Corporate and Investment Banking teams in Montreal.
Luc Ouellet will join Scotiabank as Managing Director and Head of Corporate and Investment Banking, Montreal and Sébastien Perron-Carle will join as Director, Investment Banking, Montreal.

With more than 20 years of investment banking experience, Ouellet has advised on high profile M&A transactions and has extensive capabilities in financing complex capital structures. Perron-Carle also brings a broad range of financial transactions experience across M&A advisory and capital markets.
Both Ouellet and Perron-Carle will join Scotiabank in spring 2019.
