View ShowroomRon Delnevo, the European Executive Director of the ATMIA. has expressed himself as "surprised and disappointed" at the lack of response to appeals to European Members for funding for Advocacy in the Region.
Ron comments " The ATMIA has been working tirelessly with Simon Gentry, a vastly experienced and expert Advocacy Practitioner, to promote the interests of our industry around Europe. However, that work cannot continue at the same pace without funding from members".
The fact is that without contributions to the European Advocacy Fund from members, the ATMIA will no longer be able to call on the services of Simon Gentry and his team in 2017.
Ron Delnevo went on " It seems that members in Europe are awaiting a real catastrophe - such as any European country becoming a so-called " cashless society" - before opening their minds and wallets. Sadly, by then it will be far too late".
