The Department of Environmental Quality will hold a public hearing December 11 regarding proposed amendments to hazardous waste rules to incorporate new federal rules and make other changes.

The Air Resources Board will hold a public hearing and accept comments until December 13 regarding the new Criteria and Toxics Emissions Reporting rule.
