The Department of Food and Agriculture will hold a public hearing December 18 regarding proposed rules addressing electric vehicle charging stations.

The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection will accept comments until December 21 regarding a proposed rule concerning the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions.

FLORIDA

The Department of Health will accept comments until December 19 regarding adopted and proposed amendments to rules concerning the prescription drug monitoring program to address reporting requirements and access to information.

The Board of Nursing will hold a public hearing December 21 regarding proposed amendments to rules concerning nurse licensure, certification and education requirements.

The Insurance Administration will accept comments until December 21 regarding drafted amendments to Pharmacy Benefit Manager provisions.

The Senate State Government, Wagering, Tourism and Historic Preservation Committee will hold a public hearing December 17 regarding S.B. 2469, which provides that a person that is barred from contracting with the federal government will also be barred from contracting for any public work in the State.
