Zemen Bank, based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, has partnered with Netcetera, a digital payments provider, to offer payments solutions for customers. Netcetera will provide its Access Control Server to allow the bank to authenticate cardholders with multi-factor authentication for digital payments, according to a press release.
The bank partnered with Netcetera to meet the needs of a growing number of e-commerce customers in Ethiopia, which is expected to reach 44.2 million users by 2025.

"The comprehensive onboarding also allowed us to have all our questions answered and explore new functions."
