Zero Trust Hardware Access Brief

Wednesday, June 02, 2021

by Sepio Systems Ltd

Sepio Systems is determined to protect any and all entities from perilous hardware-based attacks. While the Zero Trust concept has greatly enhanced cybersecurity by eliminating the concept of trust, a Zero Trust Architecture cannot protect enterprises from hardware-based attacks. It all comes down to a lack of complete device visibility which allows Rogue Devices to successfully gain unauthorized access by spoofing legitimate HIDs. Thankfully, our HAC-1 solution provides a panacea to such a vulnerability by providing complete device visibility through Physical Layer protection. With Sepio covering the first line of defense, enterprises benefit from Zero Trust Hardware Access, meaning those pesky Rogue Devices can no longer bypass Zero Trust security protocols.

We are happy to share a range of content and resources that go deeper into how the HAC-1 solution can enhance Zero Trust, including a federal solution brief, a detailed white paper and an insightful interview with Lane Bess, founder of Bess Ventures and Advisory. We are extremely excited to share our “Evil Maid Attack” video that shows this attack in action. And, of course, Captain RDM is out on the field fighting off attackers who attempt to bypass Zero Trust – just take a look for yourself in the video!

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us to give us feedback or ask any questions – we would love to hear from you! And feel free to share our content to help push this important message!
