RATIONALE FOR FUND

Recognising the need to represent the general interests of the ATM industry in Europe, ATMIA Europe has created a European Advocacy Fund. This Fund is called upon to support advocacy and legal work carried out by the ATMIA in the interests of members. This work can be serving the needs of members in one national market or across Europe.

PURPOSE OF FUND

The purpose of this fund is to finance the employment of professional advocacy and legal resources to safeguard and promote the European interests of the ATM industry.The fund shall be used for no other purpose.

ADMINISTRATION OF FUND

The European Advocacy Fund is composed of donations and accrued income.
Disbursements must be approved by the Finance Team and European Executive Director. The European Advisory Board may review any proposed use of this fund and suggest alternative ways of accomplishing the agreed advocacy goals of the ATMIA in Europe.
