Please make sure to read all manuals and forms carefully and completely. They contain important information relating directly to exhibit procedures. You will obtain prompt and efficient attention to your exhibit needs if you follow the procedures before the event. It is important to us that you have a successful show.
To make your participation in the Conference as smooth as possible, we urge you to:
• Return all forms as early as possible
• Keep duplicate copies of forms for your records and bring them to the show
• Confirm that the appropriate person(s) received your forms
• Avoid on-site orders

To register your staff for your complimentary passes for the event and to purchase additional passes, please click on this link.
2. Exhibitor/Sponsor Company Description Form: (September 10th, 2018)
Click on this link to complete the company description form needed from all exhibitors and sponsors for the attendee information web page.
3. Ad Reservation Form: ( Due September 7th, 2018)
4. Attendee Bag Insert Shipping Information/Form: (Due October 2nd, 2018)
All Conference Sponsors and those companies who have purchased the bag insert marketing opportunity may put one company branded marketing item into the attendee bag given to everyone at the event. 5. Shipping and Loading Bay
Please make sure you label your shipments correctly and please do follow the instructions in the exhibitor manual. The loading bay is allocated under the hotel and you will see signs to the "Tunel Entrada Parking" - Please see map below
6. Truck Delivery Schedule
Only two trucks are allowed in the loading bay so we will have a timetable. The schedule will start from 12pm on 17th October 2018. Please can you let me know what time your machines will be arriving. Please complete the below form and email to email@example.com
7. Extra Staff Passes
Your package has been confirmed and you can only use your staff passes as per your package. Bank passes are only for those that are from a bank. Please purchase any additional passes using the form below.
