Everlink Introduces ATM Express - A New ATM Managed Services Solution Everlink Payment Services Inc. – in partnership with Diebold, Incorporated – is pleased to introduce ATM Express, a comprehensive and customizable set of ATM managed services. This solution is designed to facilitate branch transformations, enhance targeted marketing capabilities, improve customer experience – through features such as remote teller two-way video support – and increase ATM fleet efficiency. This is done without increasing the financial institution's (FIs) operational burden thanks to a monthly payment model. The customizable service bundles allow ATM Express to achieve a wide range of client objectives, from service enhancement to operations improvements to a complete outsource solution. This solution will be available for client ATMs in March 2015. With the introduction of new in-lobby teller hardware and new features such remote teller (video) support, Everlink clients will be able to jump start their branch transformation plans and deploy those elements that will be central to their physical and digital (phygital) strategy. FICANEX Services Limited Partnership Announces Andrew Obee as President and CEO FICANEX Services Limited Partnership, (FICANEX®) announced today that its Board of Directors has named Andrew Obee as the organization's President and CEO, effective immediately. As President and CEO, Andrew's primary focus will be to build on the successes of the organization to date and identify strategic opportunities for future growth. FICANEX® is the operator of THE EXCHANGE® ATM Network in Canada, a shared services network that permits surcharge-free cash withdrawals, PIN changes, and inter-institutional deposits at ATMs across the country, along with access to ATM and POS services (via the ACCEL® network) in the USA. THE EXCHANGE® network consists of over 170 financial institution members offering surcharge-free access to more than 4 million cardholders on over 2,500 ATMs nationwide. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration degree from Queens University. FICANEX Services - Linda Matheson Retires FICANEX Services announces the retirement of Linda Matheson, Network General Manager, on January 16, 2015. Under Linda's leadership we have seen our network grow from a B.C. regional based network to a network that spans every province from coast to coast. Financial Institution Participants have grown from 69 to 190; network ATMs from 550 to over 2,500; and Canadian Exchange cardholders have grown from 1.5 million to over 4.2 million; not to mention the tremendous growth we have seen south of the border and the value of North American connectivity to all Canadian Exchange cardholders. Linda has been instrumental in developing leading edge solutions and services to ensure superior service to your cardholders and greater brand awareness for both our Financial Institution Participants and our unique national network.
