Who Can Apply

• ATM hardware/software providers
• ATM deployers/operators
• Banks & financial institutions
• Fintech/payment companies linked to ATM infrastructure
• Any company in Europe or Emerging Markets (Africa, Middle East, India or Pakistan) with a relevant ATM innovation

Award Criteria

Submissions must demonstrate outstanding achievement in one or more of these areas:

1. Innovation & Originality – Groundbreaking solutions or creative approaches to industry challenges.
2. Market Impact – Proven business, customer, or financial inclusion results.
3. Technology Advancement – Novel use of AI, biometrics, IoT, contactless, blockchain, etc.
4. Customer Experience – Enhanced convenience, speed, accessibility, or personalization.
5. Scalability & Sustainability – Market adaptability, long-term viability, and responsible innovation.
