Please make sure to read all manuals and forms carefully and completely. They contain important information relating directly to exhibit procedures. You will obtain prompt and efficient attention to your exhibit needs if you follow the procedures before the event. It is important to us that you have a successful show.
To make your participation in the ATMIA Conference as smooth as possible, we urge you to:
1) Exhibit Company: SourceOne Events
Our General Contractor for the event is SourceOne Events. Their kit at the link below contains information on shipping, deadlines, set-up/dismantle, furniture rental, carpet, signs, labor. and A/V Forms (Encore & Millenium).

If you would like to order food or beverages for your booth, it must be ordered directly ordered through the hotel. Please contact Emma Dornath at 407-966-8504

Rigging: All rigging will go through Encore. Please see this Encore Rigging page to get a quote and confirm your inistallation.

The document below contains information regarding registering your staff, benefits of your exhibit booth and/or sponsorship, purchasing an ad, exhibitor descriptions deadlines, etc. Please download the document for exhibitor details.

A. Exhibitor/Sponsor Staff Registration Form: (Due: January 16)
To register your staff for your complimentary passes for the event and to purchase additional passes, please click on this link.
B Exhibitor/Sponsor Company Description Form: (Due: As soon as possible for app or January 1)
Click on this link to complete the company description form needed from all exhibitors and sponsors for the attendee information web page.
C Program Ad Reservation Form and Specs:
Reservations are due January 7, Ads are due January 9.
D Attendee Bag Insert Shipping Information/Form: (Due January 28 to address provided)
Some of the sponsor packages and those companies who have purchased the bag insert marketing opportunity may put one company branded marketing item into the attendee bag given to everyone at the event. Use the link to get the details on how many items to ship, the address, etc. If your company is interested in this marketing opportunity, please contact Dana Benson at 605-582-7058 or fill out the pdf form on the link above.
E. Meeting Room Reservation Form:
If your company is interested in reserving a room for a dinner, reception, meeting, etc during the event, please complete this form.
F. Event App Push Notifications: If your sponsorship package includes a push notification from the event app, please send them by January 18 to Dana Benson – [email protected]. The notices should include the following:
G. Event App Banner Ads: If your sponsorship package includes a banner ad on the event app, please send them by January 18 to Dana Benson – [email protected]. The banners should be 640x100 pixels, JPG/PNG/GIF, 150KB or smaller and no animation. Please include the web link as well.
H. Company Article: The company description will be used for the sponsor article in the newsletter. Please complete item B above to be included in the newsletter.
