Attendee Bag Marketing Opportunity and Shipping Form and Information
If your sponsorship package includes or your company purchased the bag marketing opportunity, you may include one (1) company braded item into the attendee bag. Each registered delegate will recceive one bag at registration.
If you are not sure if your company is eligible for an attendee bag insert but would like to purchase this marketing opporunity, please contact Dana Benson at 605-582-7058. You may also complete and return the attached form to reserve your marketing insert:

SHIPPING INFORMATION
To ensure that your marketing item is included into the attendee bag, please send 1100 items to the warehouse by Tuesday, January 28 using the label below:
1. Please include the following shipping labels on your packages for easy identification.
2. Do not ship items for your booth using this shipping label! They will not be accepted.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once you have shipped your items, please complete the form below. This allows us to easily confirm that your items made it to the warehouse and will arrive at the conference successfully.
