Wednesday, August 20, 2025
Legislative activity has already produced over 1,700 alerts, for a total of 396 new bills. If you are not already monitoring legislative alerts within your footprint, it is time to opt-in to Stateside alerts. Don’t get caught off-guard.
Only Delaware, Nevada, Tennessee, and Wisconsin have not introduced cryptocurrency related legislation this year. About two-thirds of the bills introduced are related to cryptocurrency, as well as 80% of all the alerts.
