414 New ATM-Related Bills Introduced Across the States: What You Need to Know
Wednesday, September 17, 2025
Legislative activity has slowed down, but produced over 1,700 alerts, for a total of 414 new bills. If you are not already monitoring legislative alerts within your footprint, there is still time to opt-in to Stateside alerts. Don’t get caught off-guard.
Only Delaware, Nevada, and Tennessee have not introduced cryptocurrency related legislation this year. About two-thirds of the bills introduced are related to cryptocurrency, as well as 80% of all the alerts.
