ATMIA Announces Award Winners at 2022 US Conference

At ATMIA’s 23nd Annual US Conference in Orlando, FL, this week, the association presented a variety of industry awards for exceptional contributions to the ATM industry throughout 2021 and beyond, as well as Lifetime Achievement Awards for sustained service to the industry and ATMIA. The US Conference’s theme was entitled Reinventing the ATM Ecosystem - a new dawn of self-service innovation, at a time of great changes to the industry.
Four Lifetime Achievement Awards were awarded to the following recipients:
Sandra Hartfield-Papie, Managing Partner, Hartfield Financial Solutions and Chairwoman Emeritus of ATMIA, Jeff Matthews, CEO, Grant Victor and President of ATMIA, Chris Chandler, President & CEO, Perativ and Deputy President of ATMIA, and David Tente, Executive Director - USA, Canada & Americas, ATMIA. In addition, Wes Dunn, Executive VP of Sales & Marketing, Genmega and Samantha Guthrie, President, Cypress Advantage ATM, both won the Outstanding Service Award USA 2021.

“The association is delighted to honor these industry leaders with the recognition they deserve for sustained excellence as they contributed in different ways to enhancing and improving the ATM industry,” said Mike Lee, CEO of ATMIA. “Their example of professionalism, enthusiasm and creative thinking in their different fields has been inspiring.”
The criteria for these annual awards are:
* Long-term positive influence on improving the industry
* Excellence in technology or levels of service
* Leader in applying best practice
* Specific and measurable achievements producing tangible results
The inaugural Peter Kulik Innovation Award was won by Auriga for their WinWebServer (WWS) product. In addition, ATMIA presented the Next Gen ATM Award for 2021 to Klear Technologies for their SecurPair product.

Marcel Ficken of Result XL2020 and Technical Adviser for the Consortium for Next Gen ATMs, picked up 2020 awards, whose presentation was delayed due to the pandemic, for Next Gen ATM Thought Leadership and International Consultant of the Year.
The fourth annual ATMmy International ATM Industry Marketing Awards were presented to the follow recipients:
- CONTENT category 1st Place Winner – Paramount Management Group for 'Exit Strategies in Today’s ATM Climate'
- DIGITAL category 1st Place Winner – PAI for 'Introducing the New PAI’.
- VIDEO category 1st Place Winner – Cardtronics for 'Valley Strong Credit Union'
- CASH PROMOTION category 1st Place Winner – Paramount Management Group for the “Cash Promotion for Social Media'
- CONTENT category 2nd Place Winner – ATM USA for 'Top 5 Reasons to Switch to ATM Outsourcing'
- DIGITAL category 2nd Place Winner – ATM USA for '5 Reasons to Switch to ATM Outsourcing'
- VIDEO category 2nd Place Winner – Diebold Nixdorf for 'DN AllConnect Services'
- CONTENT category 3rd Place Winner – Diebold Nixdorf for 'Self-Service Channel Management'
- DIGITAL category 3rd Place Winner – MVP Financial Equipment for 'How COVID Changed Consumer Banking Behavior'
- VIDEO category 3rd Place Winner – ATM USA for 'ATM Outsourcing: A Better Way to Manage Your ATM'.

The ATMmys are presented by the ATMIA International Marketing Forum (IMF) and designed to recognize the hard work and creativity required to promote cash and ATM products and services to businesses and consumers worldwide.
