Cash Connect bulk deposit acceptor delivers speed, efficiency

Cash Connect, a Johannesburg, South Africa-based provider of cash management solutions, has introduced a self-service bulk cash deposit machine that accepts deposits of 800 notes and 800 coins per minute.
The ATM-like device helps users save time and makes deposits more secure, according to a report by fin24tech
It also makes them more accurate, Cash Connect CEO Richard Philips told the publication. The BDA offers an automated solution that handles cash up to six times faster than humans can, without error.
"The BDA also offers secure biometric identification system that reinforces accountability and eliminates cash shrinkage," Pierre Liebenberg, Cash Connect general manager for solutions development and manufacturing told fin24tech. "Retailers' cash is guaranteed through a system that identifies people and assigns accountability based on fingerprints."
