By ATMmarketplace.comCummins Allison, a provider of coin, currency, check processing and ATM technology, has released JetLink remote management, an entry-level solution that supports its full range of ATM products.
JetLink enhances productivity by centralizing ATM management functions, and is an effective alternative for financial institutions that have a limited ATM footprint or machines in remote locations, according to a press release.
JetLink allows the user to execute essential ATM functions from a PC using any supported web browser. From this central location, the user also can oversee dispute resolution and marketing campaigns for the fleet.
"Remote retrieval keeps your ATMs up and available and no clients are turned away or kept waiting while a staff member retrieves files manually," said Tom Conroy, senior director of the ATM business unit at Cummins Allison. "In addition, remote download capability allows you to quickly and easily make changes to your ATM channel, keeping it dynamic with your latest marketing information."
