From ATMmarketplace.comDolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company, has added four credit union clients, expanding its reach into an additional four states, a company press release announced.
Traditionally, Dolphin has served credit unions in the southern half of the country; the new accounts expand the company's presence to the Midwest, Northeast and Pacific Northwest. The credit unions are:
- Pinpoint Federal Credit Union, Milton, Pennsylvania
- Castparts Employees Federal Credit Union, Portland, Oregon
- Quest Federal Credit Union, Kenton, Ohio
- River Region Credit Union, Jefferson City, Missouri
Of its 18 ATMs, Quest Federal Credit Union has placed seven under Dolphin management, including machines at SEG sites and other off-premises locations. As its other 11 ATMs are retired and replaced, those locations will migrate to Dolphin management, as well, the release said.
Quest FCU Chief Financial Officer Paige Wallace said that cost factors were "a huge consideration" in the decision to work with Dolphin Debit. "They ultimately pick up the cost," she said. "We aren't purchasing the ATM or having to do the EMV upgrade. We deployed our first one just to see how it would work, and it was so successful we didn't have any questions after that."
"Adding these clients has made Dolphin Debit a national company, serving credit unions from coast to coast," co-founder Gary Walston said in the release. "We have purposely managed our growth and our expansion carefully, to be sure that as we enter any new regional markets, we can continue the premier level of service and attention that our clients have come to expect."
