Five Star Bank joins Allpoint Network

Warsaw, New York-based Five Star Bank, a subsidiary of Financial Institutions Inc., has partnered with Allpoint Network to give customers access to 55,000 surcharge-free ATMs worldwide.

ATMs in the network are available at merchant locations within the Five Star branch footprint as well as nationwide and beyond, a press release said.

"In today's evolving marketplace, we are continually seeking convenient banking solutions that meet our customers' needs," said Joseph L. Dugan, SVP of retail growth and profitability at Five Star Bank.

"Our partnership with Allpoint Network allows us to eliminate ATM fees and offer an enhanced customer experience by providing access to cash at major retailers, including Wegmans, Target, CVS Pharmacy, Rite Aid and Walgreens. Our customers now have more opportunities to access their cash, surcharge-free, when and where it is convenient for them."
