November has brought exciting developments from Europe, Africa, India, Pakistan, and the Middle East — regions where the ATM and cash ecosystem continues to evolve dynamically.

Across Europe, the continued emphasis on maintaining access to cash has sparked several new policy discussions, while innovation in ATM technologies and sustainability practices is shaping the next generation of cash infrastructure. In Africa, the growth of hybrid financial services continues to bridge the gap between digital and cash-based economies, with ATMs playing a central role in financial inclusion. India and Pakistan have seen strong momentum in ATM deployment, with an emphasis on rural reach and biometric authentication, reinforcing cash’s relevance alongside digital payments. Meanwhile, in the Middle East, banks and independent ATM deployers are investing in new security and software solutions to enhance resilience and customer convenience.
