A new state legislation resource is available now!
ATMIA has created an in-house system to collect information on state-level legislative activity. This new resource is available now to all ATMIA members. Click on Regulatory Monitoring to view nearly 2,000 bills that have been filtered from hundreds of thousands. Then filter them further to follow the progress of the bills you select, in the states that you select.
Cashless Ban’d Wagon update
The Cashless Ban’d Wagon map on the U.S. home page has been updated using data from the new Legislative Monitoring system. So far this session, a total of 9 states have introduced such legislation. To view a state bill, click on the state to see a summary of the bill and its number. Then click on the summary to view additional details.
