Representative John Rose recently spoke on the House floor in support of the Payment Choice Act — bipartisan legislation designed to preserve consumers’ ability to choose how they pay for goods and services.
While highlighting innovation in digital payments and emerging technologies, Rep. Rose also emphasized an important reality: cash continues to play a critical role in economic stability, personal freedom, and national resilience.
