View ShowroomIt’s that time of year again – to start ramping up for the 2025 ATMIA U.S. conference and expo! ATMIA sets the bar for industry events, and next February is no exception. In keeping with our efforts to lead the industry into new technology ecosystems, the theme is “A New Era of AI => ATM Intelligence”.
AI’s predecessors have been creeping into ATM operations for quite some time. The use of video for detecting troublesome behavior and algorithms for improving the efficiency of routing for repairs and replenishments are not new. But it is now finding its way into every corner of ATM infrastructure.
The scale of the exhibit hall this coming year is amazing – not that it isn’t always amazing. But industry providers are ramping it up, too. The largest space is 600 square feet. So far, there are a total of 10 booths at 400 square feet. And six months in advance, it is already about half sold out. Whether exhibitor or attendee, you will want to be there for the best networking opportunities the industry offer. Sign up now for the best selection of booth and sponsorship options.
Pre-conference workshops have been a staple of U.S. conferences for quite some time and are very well-attended. These 2 – 3 hour sessions take a deep dive on important topics – last year they included cash management, security, and cryptocurrency. There is still time to submit a proposal if you are interested in helping to organize a workshop.
Our educational program will lead off with a Keynote on our AI theme from Paul Zikopoulos, Future Trends Expert, and VP of Technology Group Skills Vitality & Enablement at IBM. Paul is changing the way audiences are looking at their businesses in terms of potential sales, obstacles, potential for growth, and how they utilize technology, such as generative AI and cloud applications, to support their organizations.
Following the Keynote, create your own agenda of break-out sessions from the ISO/IAD, Financial Institution, and ATM Industry tracks. Then stay until the end and sit in on a final day of general sessions. Although you are welcome to submit a proposal for any of these sessions, be aware that proposal review is underway and sessions are already being assigned. And I was very pleased to see that quite a few speaking proposals on AI have been submitted.
We are back in Orlando next year, so there are a lot of options for stretching your stay. Looking forward to seeing you there.
Best regards to all.
