Share your expertise!!

Are you willing to share your ATM industry expertise with over 1,000 of your colleagues, clients and customers? The opportunity to do so is approaching more quickly than you might expect! The ATM Industry Association U.S. annual conference will be in Arlington, TX next year, February 10 – 12. If you have ever attended, you already know it is the world’s premiere event for our industry.
Our Call for Speakers was sent out about seven weeks ago and already, a number of excellent proposals have been received. However, we expect to need about 50 speakers for the 28 sessions that are planned for next year’s event. Please submit your topic here no later than July 31, 2025.
Not sure what to present? Take a hint from the conference theme: The Super ATM – facilitating market convergence. Present a case study on the effectiveness of different types of countermeasures used to thwart ATM crime. Tell the audience how your organization made it through a recent business crisis. Explain the benefits of AI or some other new technology used in selling, operating, or servicing ATMs or their associated systems. What gives you the greatest amount of grief – or the ultimate feeling of success? Those suggestions are just a few of the myriad topics you have to choose from.
Workshops will be offered on Day 1 of the conference. These are deep-dives on selected topics – usually for 2 – 3 hours. Workshops function best if they include 2 – 3 speakers and a moderator. Previous topics have included cash management, different aspects of security, cryptocurrency, AI, both sides of ATM outsourcing, branch transformation, and ITM/ATM servicing.
Following an impressive Keynote on Day 2, six sessions for three distinct Breakout tracks will fill out the educational program. Those tracks include IADs/ISOs, Financial Institutions, and the broader ATM industry. Breakout sessions are 40 minutes and may have up to 3 speakers.
The final day of the conference includes all plenary sessions. Each session is 30 minutes long and may include 1 or 2 speakers.
Please submit your proposals as soon as possible and no later than July 31, 2025. Evaluation of the proposals will begin shortly. Selected speakers can expect to be notified as early as August 4, but possibly not until sometime in September. Feel free to reach out with any questions or suggestions.
Best regards to all.
