The Enduring Value of ATMIA Membership

For the past 15 years, Meirtran has been a proud member of the ATM Industry Association (ATMIA). They offer ATM solutions that will be easier to manage and be more profitable. They have completed more than 2,000 installations for more than 60 financial institutions, resulting in 500,000 transactions every month. Meirtran also supplies cutting edge, reliable and secure ATM machines for large festivals or events.

David Tente, Executive Director US, Canada & Americas, asked Gary Pieper, VP of Meirtran a few questions.

Q: What is the key value you and your company want to get out of ATMIA in the year ahead?

Gary: The key value we want to get out of ATMIA in the year ahead is continuing to learn about the best practices from other IAD’s and ISO’s. In addition, we get a lot of value learning about updates in our industry and future changes/challenges coming in the months and years ahead.

Q: What does your firm feel is the one or more of the key benefits of your ATMIA Membership?
Gary: The key benefit we receive are the networking opportunities with other IAD’s and ISO’s. We have found that we are doing many things that we consider ‘best in class’ and are constantly striving to improve when we aren’t. We take the relationships we built at the conference very seriously and have learned a lot from our counterparts.
